Didn't have much faith in the refund based on Sony's cancellation policy and the fact that I had already received a one-time exception, but they ended up refunding me in the end. Ended up just requesting a refund for the game based on the information I was given. Initially I contacted on Twitter, they directed me to phone support who then directed me to chat. Tried this with both the DualSense microphone and a USB headset that I use on my computer. Specifically, you can yell into the mic and it would only pick up blips of the note if you're lucky.
It states in the description on the PlayStation Store that some features may not work, but in this case it's completely unplayable. As the title says, don't buy from this series if you only have a PS5.
